3 HERMANOS FISHING CHARTERS RESERVATION POLICY

In order to keep a good standard of quality on our services we most follow some simple rules please understand our policy most be respect Once you have made a reservation with our service you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy.

  • Guests Name, Email address and Telephone Number will be used from the ones provided by the PayPal website, Otherwize instructed on the "Add Special Notes" to merchant box on the confirmation page on Paypals website.
  • How does your charter works?
    All of our charters most be reserve in advanced and paid in full or hold with a 100 USD deposit
  • Partial Payments or Deposits must be coverd with cash prior to departure.
  • PAYPAL is the only mechanism we use for Credit Cards payments, We don’t take your Credit Card information
  • All prices are quoted in USD
  • There is no partial refund do to early come back do to sea sickness
  • No show do to self induce sickness are not entitled to a refund
  • All reservations are guaranteed!
  • If you are booking a Deep Sea Fishing or Scuba Diving trip and the Hotel you are staying at has an available Pier, We will pick you up at your hotel (Check with us for pier availability).
  • If you are making a reservation with less than 3 days from service date, please contact us by telephone or email prior of making your reservation to guarante you a boat.
  • If you are coming on a cruise ship you would depart from MARINA PUETO DE ABRIGO (Located 1/2 mile North of town, just a five minute cab ride from Cruise Ship terminals).
  • If you are booking a Flats Fishing trip your departure will be from MARINA PUETO DE ABRIGO (Located 1/2 mile North of town, just a five minute cab ride from Cruise Ship terminals).
  • Cancellations with 15 Days ahead of your trip would just be charge a $10 USD administrative fee
  • Any cancellation within less than 10 days will be charge $100 USD
  • Any cancellation due to port closure for bad weather or if your ship changes port Are Fully Refundable!
